Tutorial : Hover Blockquote (Cute Icon Muncul Bila Cursor Meyentuh)

Kali ni Fee nak ajar cute icon muncul bila cursor menyentuh blockquote.

Seronok tau. Tetiba comel , yang keluar. Hihi xD

1. Dashboard > Design > Edit HTML 

2. Tekan Ctrl + F serentak , copy code di bawah ni.
